Strategic Cooperation between Grapes and Computerbank Networking

1 March 2001: Grapes Hellas S.A. has proceeded in an important strategic cooperation agreement with Computerbank Networking.

This cooperation concerns the mutual promotion of the products and services of both companies. Grapes Hellas provides integrated Telecommunication services while Computerbank Networking provides integrated solutions in building IT & Telecommunications networking infrastructure.

With this agreement, Grapes Hellas will add Systems Integration services to the services it presently offers, and henceforth will have the ability to cater to all its clients' needs for integrated Information Technology and Telecommunication systems.

On its part, through this cooperation, Computerbank Networking will be able to enhance its products & services portfolio, particularly when participating in tenders for projects of the Public Sector, with the full spectrum of Grapes Hellas telecommunication services, including voice, data, DVPN and Internet transmission services.
