December 2000: Computerbank Networking SA is currently installing
the infrastructure of the Data-Voice IT & Telecom Network interconnecting
1100 workstations spread in 7 buildings of the National Technical
University of Athens. In this project, Computerbank Networking applies
copper and optical fibres structured cabling technology of Molex
Premise Networks. Computerbank Networking is the premier distributor
of Molex Premise Networks in Greece.
The project was subcontracted to Computerbank Networking by the
main contractor, Messrs GNOMON Construction Company. It will be
completed early 2001.
Computerbank Networking SA focuses on IT & Telecom Networking infrastructure
and has extensive expertise in installing large voice-data integrated
networks. To-date, it has designed, installed and services several
hundreds of such networking projects in both the private and the
public sectors. Among its current projects are networking installations
at the new Athens Airport at Spata, at the Greek Post Office, at
24 large hospitals in Greece, et al.
