About
SINGULAR SA (http://www.singular.gr)
The Company was established in 1984. Rapid
growth during the first five years spiralled Singular to market
leadership by 1989 and first among Software Houses specialising
in business and financial applications - a position the company
continues to maintain today. Early in the 1990s, Singular moved
strategically in a new direction emerging as an IT solutions provider.
This step brought new success, without compromising its initial
commitment and activities.
Singular is dynamically active in the large-scale public and private
IT project market with an impressive portfolio of solutions. In
1999, Singular's participation in important projects such as the
introduction of the Euro, the Y2K problem and modernization of
the Public Services adds vigorously to its activities in this
vital area. Most recently, in 1999 Singular realized a strategic
association with Delta Informatics, which changes the face of
the IT market in Greece. The agreement calls for the merger of
Delta Informatics and Singular. The merger of the two companies
creates a dynamic consolidation with the expertise and capabilities
to meet the full range of today's business needs. The new IT Group
is the largest in the country, with projections to expand within
Greece and the international market.
