New Networking Project at the
New Athens Airport - Spata

16 March 2001 - Planet Four Networking SA, the well-known IT & Telecom networking company, has been awarded the contract for networking one of the cargo forwarding buildings of the new "Eleftherios Venizelos" Athens International Airport at Spata. The project was commissioned by Messrs Athens International Airport SA, the consortium responsible for building and running the Airport.

The project includes the design, implementation and quality certification of the Data, Voice and Electrical structured cabling systems, using cat 5e material and equipment for 150 workstations.

Planet Four Networking SA was selected because of its known reputation, over the years, for timely-and-within-budget installations of large Hi-Tech projects. The specific project will be installed and delivered within very short time limits, due to the forthcoming launch of the New Airport's operation.
