The management and staff of Computerbank Networking Group wish you a Happy and Successful New Year 2000.

After a long and successful presence in the Greek IT and Telecommunications market, we are today launching our NewsLetter service, the aim of which is to inform our customers and people we have professional contact with, of news and developments in our Group and in the firms we are Added Value Distributors for in Greece.

In this context, regarding our Group, we wish to let you know that the just-ended year 1999 proved to be particularly positive for us, since all revenue, profits and sales development targets were not only reached, but also exceeded.

New Year 2000 promises to be even better, as the credibility of our methods and processes, and the confidence of our clients in our service and response to their needs, starts bearing fruit. At the same time, last year's increased profits enable us to further invest in improvements and enlargement of product range, and in further improvements in staff, equipment and training of our pre-sales, design, project management and technical support departments.

Year 1999 was also particularly successful CABLETRON Systems, the large American firm of networking equipment for whom we are Value Added Distributors in Greece. A few days ago they announced the results of the 3rd quarter of their fiscal 2000, ending November 30, which showed a 13% increase in revenues, while profits per share were increased by 71% (further details can be found at http://www.cabletron.com/ournews/1999/dec/12-20.html.

Apart from this, CABLETRON Systems' products captured a 44.6% share in shipped volume and 35.6% share in value, and are now #1 in the Low-Blocking L3 Switching market (http://www.cabletron.com/analyst-reports/1999/netwwwdp9907.pdf).
Industry and financial analysts look to Cabletron as a leading indicator of networking technology advances, general industry trends and new ways to bring the true financial and organizational value of networks to business (http://www.cabletron.com/analyst-reports/). CABLETRON Systems' products continue winning prizes and awards for their pioneering technology, functionality and interconnectivity (http://www.cabletron.com/performance/)

MOD-TAP, a leading supplier of structured cabling solutions, announced the change of its name to Molex Premise Networks (http://www.molexpn.com/), effective globally early August 1999. This name change reflects the successful integration of MOD-TAP with its parent company, Molex Incorporated, the world's second largest manufacturer of electronic connectors. In the course of this integration the company has added new personnel to its existing talent base and significant investment has been made in new facilities and state-of-the-art production technologies.
