The management and staff of Computerbank Networking Group wish you
a Happy and Successful New Year 2000.
After a long and successful presence in the Greek IT and Telecommunications
market, we are today launching our NewsLetter service, the aim of
which is to inform our customers and people we have professional
contact with, of news and developments in our Group and in the firms
we are Added Value Distributors for in Greece.
In this context, regarding our Group, we wish to let you know that
the just-ended year 1999 proved to be particularly positive for
us, since all revenue, profits and sales development targets were
not only reached, but also exceeded.
New Year 2000 promises to be even better, as the credibility of
our methods and processes, and the confidence of our clients in
our service and response to their needs, starts bearing fruit. At
the same time, last year's increased profits enable us to further
invest in improvements and enlargement of product range, and in
further improvements in staff, equipment and training of our pre-sales,
design, project management and technical support departments.
Year 1999 was also particularly successful CABLETRON Systems, the
large American firm of networking equipment for whom we are Value
Added Distributors in Greece. A few days ago they announced the
results of the 3rd quarter of their fiscal 2000, ending November
30, which showed a 13% increase in revenues, while profits per share

Apart from this, CABLETRON Systems' products captured a 44.6% share
in shipped volume and 35.6% share in value, and are now #1 in the

Industry and financial analysts look to Cabletron as a leading indicator
of networking technology advances, general industry trends and new
ways to bring the true financial and organizational value of networks

MOD-TAP, a leading supplier of structured cabling solutions, announced
the change of its name to Molex Premise Networks (http://www.molexpn.com/),
effective globally early August 1999. This name change reflects
the successful integration of MOD-TAP with its parent company, Molex
Incorporated, the world's second largest manufacturer of electronic
connectors. In the course of this integration the company has added
new personnel to its existing talent base and significant investment
has been made in new facilities and state-of-the-art production
